云南省水电铝产业化发展研究

The Industrialization Development Research on Hydropower Aluminum Industry in Yunnan

在全球传统能源日益紧张的情况下,水电是清洁能源,运行费用低,便于调峰,其开发利用越来越受到政府及研究机构的重视。云南省拥有丰富的水电资源,分布合理,前景广阔,与其它省份相比,云南省更适宜发展水电铝工业。为将云南省丰富的水电资源优势转化为经济优势,只有解放思想,积极探索,走出一条水电铝一体化发展的新路子,促进云南工业经济转型升级和社会经济的稳定、健康发展。因此水电铝结合是云南铝行业发展的必然之路。

With the increasing tension of the global traditional energy sources, the attention of government and research institutions around the world on hydropower utilization is gradually increasing. Hydropower is a renewable and clean energy, which is convenient for peak shaving. Yurman province is rich in hydropower resources, which distribution is reasonable and has a good developmental prospect. Comparing with other provinces, Yunnan is more suitable for the development of aluminum industry. In order to transforms the resource supe- riority as the economical superiority of Yunnan province, the only thing we can do is free our mind and actively explore a new approach for the integrative development of hydropower aluminum industry, which can promote the industrial economic transformation and upgrading, the stability, healthy development of social economy. Therefore, the incorporation of hydropower aluminum industry is the necessary way of the aluminum industry development of Yunnan province.
