摘要
微量钼的测定方法通常有:硫氰酸盐光度法,乙酸乙酯萃取硫氰酸盐光度法,苯基荧光酮光度法,催化极谱法等;本文运用乙酸乙酯萃取硫氰酸盐光度法,研究了蒸馏水、乙酸丁酯及空白溶液为参比液对该方法测地质样中微量钼准确性的影响。结果表明:以乙酸丁酯、蒸馏水及空白溶液作为参比液时对测定结果进行比较,发现以乙酸丁酯为参比液误差最小,以蒸馏水作为参比溶液次之,以空白溶液作为参比溶液误差最大。从测量准确性方面考虑,乙酸丁酯作为参比溶液进行分析样品是最佳选择。
The determination method of trace molybdenum usually are: thiocyanate spectrophotometric method, ethyl acetate extraction thiocyanate speetrophotometric method, phenylfuorone spectrophotometrie method, catalytic polarographie method, and so on; In the study, by using of ethyl acetate extraction thioeyanate spectrophotometfie method, the effect of distilled water, butyl acetate and the blank solution as the reference solution on the accuracy of trace molybdenum in geological samples determined by butyl acetate extraetion-thi- ocyanate spectrophotometry. The results show: The testing results compares to butyl acetate, distilled water, and blank solution which is used as the reference solution, when butyl acetate is used as the reference solution, it has the minimum error, the distilled water is used as the reference solution, it has the minor error, and the blank solution is using as the reference solution, it has the maximum error. Considering of the determination accuracy, using butyl acetate as the reference solution for samples analysis is the best choice.
