摘要
针对微波高温设备存在器件易烧损、性能不稳定等问题,研发了新型微波高温设备。以基于LCC谐振变换器、全桥整流电路相结合的软开关供电电源替代传统的模拟电源,并以自循环冷却器取代了外供水冷却,明显提高微波高温设备效率、精简设备体积。本设备不仅实现微波高温反应器输出功率连续可调,微波高温设备工作稳定,而且提高了微波高温设备的智能化程度和加热效果。
The new type microwave high-temperature equipment is developed because of the traditional microwave high-temperature equipment is easy to bum, with unstable performance, and so on. This new type high temperature microwave equipment applies a soft -switching power supply, which is a combination of LCC resonant converter and full-bridge rectifier circuit, instead of the traditional simu- lative power supply. The self-eirenlating cooler also replaces the external water cooling, to significantly improve the efficiency of microwave equipment and streamline the equipment. This equipment not only achieves output power continuously adjustable, stable operation, but also improves the intelligent degree and the heating effect of high temperature microwave equipment.
