摘要
在大中型灌区,为了保证施工进度和施工质量,定型钢模预制矩型渡槽工程技术逐渐得到推广。介绍了以定型钢模安装施工技术为核心的地胎模制作、钢筋制作安装、定型钢模安装拆除、混凝土浇筑等主要槽身预制工序及操作要点,表明定型钢模工艺在渡槽工程中的技术应用日渐成熟。南桥渡槽和永圣渡槽拆除重建项目的应用实例表明,定型钢模预制法施工比现浇法施工的效益更好。
To guarantee the construction schedule and construction quality, engineering technology of pre-formed rectangular aqueduct using shaped steel mould is applied gradually in some large and medium-sized irrigation district. The main prefabricated process and operation points of aqueduct were presented, taking construction technology of shaped steel mould as the core, including fetal membranes production, reinforcement fabrication and installation, installation and removal of shaped steel mould, concrete casting. Research suggests that the application of shaped steel mould construction technology to aqueduct is maturing day afler day. Demolition and reconstruction of Naoqiao aqueduct and Yongsheng aqueduct is given to be an example to show that construction of pre-formed shaped steel mould is better in efficiency than that of cast-in-place.
