摘要
通过研究海水水泵的腐蚀机理和腐蚀类型,结合水泵腐蚀位置和腐蚀强度等特点,分析了多种因素对水泵腐蚀的影响,同时为解决腐蚀问题,从水泵材料选择、涂层和阴极保护措施等方面采取了多种措施,取得了较好的防腐效果,为类似工程的水泵选型工作提供了一定借鉴。
Based on the research of corrosion mechanism and category, with the characteristic analysis of pump corrosion position and intensity, we studied the influence of various factors which could lead to the corrosion. We also took some measures on the aspect of material, paint coat, cathodic protection to solve the corrosion problem and achieved the expected goal. These would provide some reference and guidance of pump selection for similar project design.
