新疆东延供水工程标段地下水位较浅,且地下水具有强腐蚀性,对PCCP管道中钢筒和预应力钢筋造成腐蚀破坏。通过对阴极保护准则和保护方案探讨,并对PCCP管道阳极安装与施工注意事项和阴极保护检测技术进行分析,以期对类似工程设计施工有所借鉴。

The groundwater level of Xinjiang East extension water supply project is shallow, and the groundwater is strong corrosive, which will cause corrosion damage to the steel tube and prestressed steel bar in the PCCP pipeline. Through the discussion of cathodic protection standards and protection scheme, the installation and construction of PCCP pipeline anode and the matters needing attention in cathodic protection and cathodic protection detection technology are analyzed, so as to provide reference for similar engineering design and construction.
