摘要
武器系统轻量化设计涉及系统总体、分系统及部件设计等多层面技术领域,对提高其机动性和生存能力等主要作战性能具有重要意义。通过轻量化设计技术在典型装备武器系统中的应用分析,提出先进的工业基础、材料、加工制造技术及工艺水平是实现武器系统轻量化设计的前提,而分析解决轻量化设计存在的问题则是轻量化技术实现工程应用的必要条件。兵器装备轻量化设计必须依靠于总体、部件及材料等方面突破瓶颈技术的制约,进而通过系统总体集成优化设计最终实现轻量化目标,才能在不影响武器系统作战效能的约束条件下,提升装备平台的机动、运输、部署能力。
It is suggested that the technique of weapon's lightweight design is concerned with the overall and subsystem technologyto improve the reaction time and survivability of the weapon system,and is closely related to the combat performance. Through the lightweight design analysis in the application of foreign typical weapon system's main components,put forward the advanced industrial base,materials,processing and manufacturing technology and craft level is the premise of Lightweight Design,to solve problems existing in the lightweight design is a necessary condition for the engineering application.Lightweight design must depend on the component technology,the overall integration technology and materials technology,through the system integration and optimization design to realize the lightweight engineer. Finally improve motor ability, transportation and deploymentofequipmentwithout affect operational effectiveness.
