摘要
为了对枪炮进行发射过程中压力测试,本着简单方便,易操作的设计原则,设计了一个铜柱测压器。以雷明顿870散弹枪为例,利用铜柱测压器与枪管进行螺纹连接测量枪内燃气压力。利用UG软件对散弹枪结构以及铜柱测压器进行三维实体建模。然后给定一个压力,利用ANSYS软件对铜柱进行变形分析,并通过铜柱的变形量查表得出膛内的燃气压力。研究成果可供迅速测量枪炮发射过程中任意位置的膛内压力,简单方便,成本低。
In order to test the pressure in the firing process of the gun,a copper column pressure gauge is designed based on the design principle of simple and easy operation. Taking remm 870 shotgun as an example,the gas pressure in the gun is measured by using the copper column pressure gauge and the barrel. The structure of shotgun and the copper of copper column are modeled by ug software. Then,a pressure is given,the deformation analysis of the copper column is carried out by ANSYS software,and the gas pressure in the bore is obtained through the deformation of the copper column. The research results can quickly measure the pressure of any position in the gun firing process,and it is simple and convenient,and the cost is low. The results can provide some reference value for the pressure test in the firing process.
