摘要
针对某新型发射系统发射过程中弹丸发射过载非常高,持续时间长,考虑导轨的直线度误差、推进器与弹丸之间的柔性连接、推进器和弹丸与导轨之间的接触碰撞,基于非线性有限元理论,建立了发射系统的有限元分析模型,进行了发射动力学仿真分析,明确了发射过程中弹丸的运动和受力特征。以某发射系统为例,通过对比仿真和试验数据,验证了非线性有限元仿真结果的正确性,可为发射系统改进设计和提高发射安全性能提供参考。
During the launching of a new launch system,the launching over-loading of the projectile is very large and last for a long time. In consideration of the straightness of the rails,the compliant connection between the projectile and propulsion,the collection and contact among the rails,projectile and propulsion,the finite element model of the launch system was established based on the nonlinear finite element theory. The launch dynamic analysis was done for obtaining the motion and loads of projectile during the launching. By analyzing the launching system,the nonlinear finite element analysis results were validated by comparing the simulation and experimental results. This can be used for improving the future design the launching system,and providing a reference for proving the safety of the launching system.
