碳化硼陶瓷粉体制备研究进展

Research on the Evolution of Preparation of the Boron Carbide Power

碳化硼是一种具有类似金刚石力学性能的超硬材料,已经广泛应用于兵器装甲涂层等。工业上碳化硼的制备一般采用传统的高温碳热还原法。本文综述了碳化硼陶瓷粉体的新型制备方法及应用领域。

As one of the super-hard materials similar to diamond,boron carbide is widely applied in the fields,such as armor plating. Industrial boron carbide is usually prepared by conventional carbothermal reduction method under high temperature. The preparation and application of the boron carbide ceramic power were summed in this paper.
