摘要
菠菜、香菜和芹菜作为营养丰富的绿叶蔬菜,深受广大群众的喜爱。以上述3种绿叶蔬菜为例,介绍了绿叶蔬菜干燥技术的工作原理、技术特点、研究现状以及绿叶蔬菜干燥产业的发展趋势,旨在为绿叶蔬菜干燥产业的发展提供参考。
As nutrient-rich green leafy vegetables, the spinach, coriander and celery are popular with the masses. In this paper, taking the above three kinds of green leafy vegetables as examples, the author introduces the working principle, technical characteristics and research status of green leafy vegetable drying technology as well as the development trend of green leafy vegetable drying industry, which will provide reference for the development of green leafy vegetable drying industry.
