摘要
采用不同的前处理方法对干香菇进行消解处理,使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测干香菇中重金属元素Cr、Pb、Cd的含量。结果表明:Pb,微波消解法优于高压消解优于干灰化法优于湿法消解法。Cd,微波消解法优于干灰化法优于湿法消解优于高压消解法。Cr,微波消解法优于干灰化法优于高压消解优于湿法消解。同一种元素使用微波消解法处理样品的回收率要优于用其他方法得到的回收率。推荐使用微波消解法处理香菇及同类食用菌。
The pretreatment of dried lentinus edodes was carried out by different pretreatment methods, the contents of Pb, Cd and Cr in dried lentinus edodes were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, the result showed that: Pb, the microwave digestion method was better than high pressure digestion than dry ashing than wet digestion; Cd, the microwave digestion method was better than dry ashing than wet digestion than high pressure digestion; Cr, the microwave digestion method was better than dry ashing than high pressure digestion than wet digestion. For the same element, microwave digestion is better than other methods for recovery. Microwave digestion method is recommended to treat lentinus edodes and other similar edible fungi.
