走出中国科技期刊办刊的怪圈

Break the limitation for the Chinese academic journals publishing

剖析了当前中国科技期刊办刊存在的问题:盲目随从,迷失自我;现行的评价结果与科技期刊的真实价值背离;注重期刊"国际影响力",轻视期刊首发权;看重学术光环,轻视培养新人;重英文期刊,轻中文期刊。指出随着中国国际地位的不断提升,许多方面已具有国际话语权;根据中国国情,提出需要增强我国办刊人的文化自信,提升科技期刊首发权、国际前沿科技信息的竞争力,回归科技期刊办刊初心,发扬蜜蜂和工匠精神,办好科技期刊。

This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing presently in the publishing of Chinese academic journals： 1）Chinese journals are very likely to blindly follow others and thus often and get lost,2） the current evaluation system does not match the real value of the academic journals,3） pay attention only to international influence of the journals,but ignore that of Chinese journals,4） rely too much on academic authority and loosen cultivating new features,and 5） emphasize English periodicals,but neglect Chinese academic journals. At the same time,the authors point out that with the elevation of the China＇s international status,we have had international voice in many aspects. According to China ＇s national conditions,we should strengthen people ＇s confidence of culture,promote debut right of academic journals and the competitiveness of the edge-cutting information of science and technology, return to the original wills of publishing academic journals,and carry forward the spirits of bees and craftsmenship,so as to publish good sci-tech journals.
