摘要
电动给水泵作为火力发电机组功率最大同时也是最重要的辅机设备,如能对其进行节能改造将会有效地降低厂用电率,提升机组运行效率及智能化程度。本文结合国内首例国家电投霍林河坑口发电公司600MW机组3台50%BMCR容量配置电动给水泵组(带液力耦合器)变频改造项目的实施,详细介绍了电动给水泵组变频改造可行性分析及改造情况,并针对电动给水泵变频改造前后的运行情况及运行参数,对电动给水泵变频改造后的运行稳定性,设备安全性和改造后的节能效果进行全面分析,对后续600MW火力发电机组电动给水泵变频改造具有良好的借鉴价值。
It can effectively to reduce power consumption,improve the unit' s operationefficiencya ndintelligence level via electric feed water pump converter transformation. This paper combines with the first application of electric feed water pump(unit capacity:6OOMW ,pump capacity:3 sets 50%BMCR,hydrauliccoupling) converter transformation of HuoLinhe pithead power plantto introduce the feasibility analysisand transformation situation, and comparative analysis of operation situation and operating parameters of feed water pump transformation before and after, operation stability, equipment safety, andenergy saving, which can be a reference case of the next 600MW thermal power plant electric feed water pump converter transformation project.
