基于DSP大功率电机矢量控制变频设施的研发

摘要 精心研发了一款对大功率电机进行矢量控制的变频设施,这种变频设施能使电机在四个象限里灵活运作,不仅能使大功率电机运作在电动状态时具有恒转矩输出特性,而且还具有启动转矩大、调速范围宽等特点;并且还能使大功率电机运作在发电状态时具有谐波成分小、运作十分稳健等特点。文中着重论述了该变频设施如何对大功率电机进行矢量控制、坐标变换、Park变换、Clarke变换以及"速度/电流"双环控制的理论方法与关键技术。实验结果表明:所研发的大功率电机矢量控制变频设施完全达到了预期目标。 A careful research on high power inverter motor vector control facilities, this conversion facilities enable motor flexible operation in four quadrants, not only can make the large power motor operation with constant torque output characteristics in electric state, but also has large starting torque, wide speed range and other characteristics; the operation of the motor has high power harmonic components of small, very stable operation characteristics in the power generation state. In this paper, the theory, method and key technology of vector control, coordinate transformation, Park transform, Clarke transform and speed / current double loop control of high-power motor are emphatically discussed. Experimental results show that the large power motor vector control frequency conversion equipment has reached the desired goal.
