摘要 通过熔融共混方法制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/竹粉复合材料,研究竹粉含量和温度等对复合材料的Payne效应和似固体行为的影响。结果表明:竹粉填充量增加,Payne效应敏感性增强;温度升高,Payne效应敏感性降低,线性区域变宽。竹粉填充量增加,竹塑复合材料似固体行为敏感性增加;温度对竹塑复合材料第二平台敏感性的影响不显著。温度升高,复合材料体系复合黏度变小。 In this article, HDPE/bamboo composites was prepared by melting blending method, and the Payne effect and pseudo solidlike behavior of composites influenced by bamboo powder content and temperature was investigated. The research results show that along with the increase of filling amount of bamboo powder, the sensitivity of Payne effect strengthens, and as temperature increases, the sensitivity of Payne effect gradually drops and the linear regions becomes broad. Also, the sensitivity of pseudo solidlike behavior of composites strengthens as the increase of filling amount of bamboo powder. And temperature has no influence on the second platform of composites. In addition, the increase of temperature leads to the reduction of compound viscosity.
