摘要
咪鲜胺是防治水稻稻瘟病常用药剂,为明确其产生耐(抗)药性的风险,采用物理诱变和化学药剂诱变产生耐(抗)药性菌株8个,再选取其中突变株3个测其对咪鲜胺的抗性水平,结果表明,耐(抗)性突变体菌株对对咪鲜胺的敏感性与原始亲本菌株相比都有明显下降,耐(抗)性倍数分别为3.14、5.00和2.06。将选定的3个菌株在咪鲜胺1.0μg·mL^(-1)浓度PDA培养基下连续培养5次,其EC_(50)增加,供试菌株对药剂的敏感性下降。
Prochloraz was a common fungicide to prevent and cure the rice blast ,the method of physical mutation and chemical mutation to induced 8 strains,then select 3 r tolerance (resistant)mutant strains tested resistance levels to Prochloraz was used to identify the risk of fungicide tolerance.The results showed that the sensitivity of rice blast fungus strains of tolerance mutants to Prochloraz declined obviously compared with the original strain,tolerance ratio was 3.14,5.00 and 2.06.The selected 3 resistant strains cultivated in 1.0μg·mL-1 Prochloraz PDA medium 5 times, the ECso increased, and the sensitivity of strains decreased.
