钙离子、铝离子及过氧化氢处理对洋葱内表皮细胞骨架影响的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解植物细胞骨架在离子应激及氧化损伤时细胞骨架变化情况,以洋葱为实验材料,使用0.05、0.1、0.15 mol·L-1Ca Cl2处理洋葱内表皮细胞2 h;0.01、0.025、0.05 mol·L-1 Al Cl3处理10 min;0.01、0.025、0.05 mol·L-1 H2O2处理2 h,观察这三种因素处理后洋葱细胞骨架变化情况。结果表明:随着钙离子浓度的升高,洋葱内表皮细胞的细胞质骨架解聚,细胞核消失;铝离子浓度越高,细胞质骨架越少,受损越严重,并出现边极化现象;随过氧化氢浓度升高,细胞骨架解聚,低浓度的过氧化氢即可造成细胞骨架破坏。 The onion was used as the experimental material to understand the change of the plant cytoskeleton in ion stress and ox idative damage.Theinner-epidermal cell of onion was treated with 0.05,0.1,0.15 mol· L-1 CaCl2 for 2 h, 0.01,0.025,0.05mol·L-1 AlCI3 for 10 min and 0.01,0.025,0.05 mol·L-1 H2O2 for 2 h,and then the eytoskeleton of onion was observed after treatment with these three factors.The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of calcium ion that the cytoplasm skeleton depolymeriza- tion and nucleus disappear, the higher the concentration of aluminum ions less cytoplasmic skeleton was observed and the more serious damage of cells,side polarization appeared.With the increase of the concentration of H2O2, Cytoskeleton was depolymerized in Cytoplasm and could cause the destruction of the cytoskeleton with low concentration of H2O2.
