基于DEA方法的乳品供应链绩效评价研究

Research on Performance Evaluation of Dairy Supply Chain Based on DEA Method

供应链绩效评价有助于提高供应链竞争力。目前针对供应链绩效评价大多为定性分析,定量研究较少。利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,以乳品供应链虚拟企业作为决策单元,选取其平均从业人员数量、总资产为投入指标,以乳品供应链的利润总额、总产值为产出指标,对乳品供应链虚拟企业的绩效进行评价,根据计算结果指出乳品供应链运作中存在的问题,并给出改善乳品供应链绩效的建议。

Performance evaluation of supply chain could help to improve the competitive ability of the supply chain. At present in view of the supply chain performance evaluation was mostly qualitative analysis, quantitative research was less. Data envelopment analysis （DEA） method was used to the dairy supply chain as a virtual enterprise decision-making units, the average number of practitioners, total assets as input index, with dairy supply chain profit, total output indicators, the dairy supply chain to evaluate the performance of the virtual enterprise, according to the calculation results dairy problems existing in the supply chain operation, and suggestions were proposed to improve the dairy supply chain performance.
