粮食供给侧改革背景下粮食加工企业与粮农的演化博弈分析

Evolutionary Game Analysis of Grain Processing Enterprises and Grain Farmers under the Background of Grain Supply Side Reform

在粮食供给侧改革背景下,基于演化博弈理论研究分析了粮农和粮食加工企业进行决策的演化过程,研究得出影响两个博弈主体进行合作的因素主要有粮食供应量、信任水平、合作风险系数和粮食加工企业的加工转化能力。基于研究结果,最后给出三点建议:扩大粮食加工企业的规模,提高其可信度;弱化收储地位,改革收储模式;强化扶持加工企业,尽快确立粮食加工业在粮食流通中的核心枢纽地位。

Under the background of grain supply side reform, the evolutionary game theory was used to analyze the evolution of decision-making in grain farmers and grain processing enterprises.From the research, the main factors influencing the cooperation of the two game players were grain supply, trust level, cooperation risk coefficient and processing transformation ability of grain processing enterprises.Based on the results of the study, three suggestions were given：expanding the scale of grain processing enterprises to im- prove their credibility;weakening the status of purchasing and storage and reforming purchase and storage model;strengthening the support processing enterprises in order to establish the grain processing industry in the grain circulation in the core hub position.
