3S技术理念对黑龙江省林业经营管理的影响研究

Study on the Impact of 3S Technological Concept on Forestry Management in Heilongjiang Province

当"数字地球"概念的提出后,可谓是对学术界、产业界等都引起了强大的影响。以此为契机,3S技术理念在国内外林业中的调查、规划、动态监测和评估等方面通过不断的进一步理念指导,对林业的经营和管理方面产生了重要的影响作用。基于上述背景,对3S技术理念在林业经营管理中的影响作用的优越性,以及对黑龙江省林业经营管理发展中存在的问题进行充分分析的基础上,提出了3S技术理念对黑龙江省林业经营管理的影响对策建议,从而有利于黑龙江省的相关行政管理部门制定有效的宏观决策与规划,以及建立有效的森林防火及病虫害动态监控系统等提供建议,进而促进黑龙江省林业经济又好又快的和谐发展。

Abstract： After the concept of ＂digital earth＂was put forward,it could be described as a strong influence on academia and industry. With this opportunity,the concept of 3S technology played an important role in the management of forestry through deep concept guidance on the investigation,planning,dynamic monitoring and evaluation of forestry in China and abroad. Based on the above background,the advantages of the 3S technology concept in the forestry management as well as the problems in the development of forestry management in Heilongjiang province were analyzed,then the concept of 3S technology was put forward,which was helpful for the relevant administrative departments of Heilon^iang Province to develop effective macro-decision-making and planning,as well as for the establishment of an effective dynamic monitoring system against forest fire and pest to provide suggestions, so as to promote the forestry economy harmonious development sound and fast in Heilongjiang province.
