摘要
为提高滨425区块采油效果,针对滨425区块地层特点,研发了复合盐低伤害钻井液体系,通过体系中处理剂"协同增效"作用,最大程度地减少钻井液固相颗粒和滤液进入储层,提高了油层保护效果。该体系在滨425区块25口井进行了现场应用,施工过程中井壁稳定,区块日产油由28.6 t上升至63.1 t,自然递减由15.7%降至7.8%,钻井表皮系数-0.31。
In order to increase extraction result in Bin 425 block,compound salt low-damage drilling fluid system was researched and developed aiming at the formation feature. Treating agent strengthen the effect of reservoir protection by synergistic interaction,reducing solid particle and filtrates enter into the formation extremely. The drilling fluid was applied on 25 wells in Bin 425 oilfield. The wellbore was stable during the course of drilling. According to statistics,daily oil output of this block increased from 28. 6 t to 63. 1 t. Natural depletion decreases from 15. 7% to 7. 8%. The skin factor is-0. 31.
