钻杆滤清器流场的数值模拟

摘要 石油钻井过程中,通常在钻杆内放置钻杆滤清器来滤掉钻井液中的各类杂物,以消除杂物对MWD仪器及螺杆钻具的影响。近期在对钻杆接头修扣时发现钻杆母扣下端1m处的内壁涂层脱落严重,导致钻杆修复费用增加,钻杆报废数量增多。通过查找原因,判断可能是钻杆滤清器的使用造成的钻杆内涂层冲蚀破坏。应用数值模拟方式模拟正常钻进工况下钻杆滤清器在未堵塞与堵塞两种情况下的流场特性,对比分析造成钻杆内涂层冲蚀的原因。 In order to eliminate the debris on the MWD instruments and screw drilling tools,drill pipe filter is placed in the drill pipe to filter out all kinds of debris in the drilling fluid in oil drilling.Recently,when repairing the drill pipe,the inner wall coating was found to fall off at the point of1 m. This resulted in an increase in the cost of the drill pipe repair and an increase in the number of scrap pipes. By finding out the cause,it is judged that the coating erosion may be caused by the use of the drill pipe filter. This paper simulates the flow field characteristics of the pipe filter which is not blocked and blocked in the normal drilling condition to find out the cause of the drill pipe coating erosion through the comparison.
