杨季国教授认为内有伏热兼外感时邪为小儿过敏性紫癜的主要病因,风、湿、热、瘀为本病的主要病理因素,辨证施治中采用首重风邪、顾护肺气,凉血散瘀、滋阴清热,利湿化浊、补脾固肾等治疗原则,临床疗效满意。并附典型案例1则,以资验证。

In professor YANG Jiguo＇ s opinion, the main cause of anaphylactoid purpura is heat in internal and seasonal pathogen invaded from external, and main pathogenic factors includes wind, dampness, heat, stagnation. In diagnosis and treatment based on different syndromes, it should follow principles：dispelling wind and evil qi first to protect lung qi, clearing heat in blood and dispersing stasis, nourishing yin and clearing away heat, draining damp- ness and resolving turbidity, tonifying the spleen and kidney. 1 case was attached for verification.
