囟门涂药治疗婴儿鼻塞34例临床观察

Clinical observation of 34 cases of infantile snuffle treated with medicine-smearing on fontanel

目的观察囟门涂药治疗婴儿鼻塞的临床疗效。方法选取住院患儿(均有不同程度鼻塞)72例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组38例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用囟门涂药,比较2组患儿的住院天数、住院总费用、缓解鼻塞总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.18%,对照组为92.11%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组住院天数为(6.24±2.15)d,少于对照组的(7.13±1.23)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组住院费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论囟门涂药治疗婴儿鼻塞作用迅速,直达病所,可减少患儿住院天数,减轻患儿痛苦。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of infantile snuffle treated with medicine-smearing on fon- tanel. Methods A total of 72 cases with snuffle were randomly divided into therapy group （34cases） and control group （38 cases）. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the therapy group was smearing medi- cine on fontanel based on the treatment of control group. And then compared and observed the hospital stays, inpa- tients expenses and total effective rates of two groups. Results The total effective rate in the control group and the therapy group was 91.1% and 92.1% respectively, there were no significant differences （ P〉0.05 ） ; hospital stays （6.24＋2.15） days in the therapy group was shorter than that （7.13_＋1.23） days in the control group with signifi- cant differences （P〈0.05） ; there were no significant differences comparing inpatients expenses of two groups （ P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Medicine-smearing on fontanel can treat infantile snuffle effectively and quickly by shortening hospital stays and relieving infant＇ s pain.
