自拟补肾益肺健脾汤对小儿哮喘缓解期哮喘症状、肺功能的影响分析

Analysis of effect on syndrome and lung function of infantile asthma in remission treated with self-made Bushen Yifei Jianpi Tang

目的观察自拟补肾益肺健脾汤对哮喘缓解期患儿哮喘症状、肺功能的改善作用。方法选取我院儿科2016年1—12月确诊的72例哮喘缓解期患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予自拟补肾益肺健脾汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后哮喘发作次数、哮喘症状评分,最大呼气流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)及免疫球蛋白(IgA,IgM及IgG)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组哮喘发作次数、哮喘症状评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组降低程度更显著(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组PEF、FEV1水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组升高程度更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组IgA,IgM及IgG水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组IgA,IgM及IgG水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且升高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟补肾益肺健脾汤治疗小儿哮喘缓解期不仅可减少哮喘发作次数,缓解临床症状,而且可改善肺功能及提高免疫球蛋白水平,临床疗效满意。

Objective To observe the effect on clinical symptom and lung function of infantile asthma in remis- sion treated with self-made Bushen Yifei Jianpi Tang. Methods 72 cases of children with asthma in remission from Jan. to Dec. 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine ,while the therapy group was given self-made Bushen Yifei Jianpi Tang based on the treatment of control group. Patients asthma frequency of attack, symptom score, lung function （ PEF, FEV1 ） and levels of IgA, IgM and IgG before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in control group and therapy group was 72.22% and 91.67% respectively with significant differences （P〈 0.05） ;patients asthma frequency of attack and symptom score of two groups decreased obviously （P〈0.05） , and these decreased much more in therapy group than in control group （P〈0.05） ;the lung function （PEF, FEVt ） of two groups both increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and it increased much more in therapy group than in control group （ P〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, there were no significant differences in the changes of levels of lgA, IgM and IgG in control group （ P〉0.05 ） ; but these increased obviously in therapy group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Self-made Bushen Yifei Jianpi Tang, applied in the treatment of infantile asthma in remission, can reduce asthma frequency of attack, relieve symptom, but also improve lung function and immunoglobulin ,which has got a satisfied clinical effect.
