董氏开胃散外敷辅助治疗小儿厌食症湿食困脾型42例临床观察

Clinical observation on 42 cases of pediatric anorexia(dampness and food retention leading to spleen deficiency type) treated with Dong's Kaiwei San

目的观察董氏开胃散外敷辅助治疗小儿厌食症湿食困脾型的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月至2016年5月我院儿内科收治的厌食症湿食困脾型患儿84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各42例。对照组给予健胃消食颗粒口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予董氏开胃散外敷神阙、命门两穴,连续治疗4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计2组的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为85.71%,治疗组为95.23%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论董氏开胃散外敷辅助治疗小儿厌食症湿食困脾型疗效显著,患儿依从性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pediatric anorexia （ dampness and food retention leading to spleen deficiency type） treated with Dong＇ s Kaiwei San. Methods 84 cases of children with anorexia in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each. The control group was given oral Jianwei Xiaoshi Granules, while the therapy group, based on the treatment of control group, was given external application of Dong＇ s Kaiwei San on Shenque （ CV8 ） and Mingmen （GV4）. Two groups were treated constantly for 4 weeks as 1 course, and clinical effect was observed after 1 course. Results The total effec- tive rate of 95.23% in therapy group was significantly better than that in the control group of 85.71% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dong＇ s Kaiwei San externally applied on children, as an adjunctive therapy, highly complied by chil- dren, can treat anorexia （dampness and food retention leading to spleen deficiency type） effectively, which is wor- thy of clinical promotion and application.
