The paper analyzes the influence on the property rights of transferees in ship transactions from four aspects, including a third party claiming rights, jus in re aliena, the legal forms of delivery and the influence of maritime lien, aiming at providing guidance, warning and alert for both parties to conduct the transactions in accordance with the law, promoting property flow, avoiding risks, and providing reference for the ship registration staff.
