摘要 "华龙一号"核电机组的技术特点之一是采用"177堆芯"设计方案,合理评估燃料经济性对研究评价我国自主创新的三代核电机型经济性意义重大,不仅为燃料成本控制与优化指明了方向,更有利于提高"华龙一号"核电机组的经济性与竞争力。本文根据各核电厂燃料管理方案,通过计算、对比"华龙一号"与二代改进型机组以及AP1000核电机组在首循环阶段和换料阶段的发电成本差异,对"华龙一号"机组的燃料经济性进行了分析与研究。通过对影响燃料费用的各燃料制造环节的价格进行敏感性分析,明确了影响核燃料费用的主要因素。分析发现,相比其他核电技术,"华龙一号"在平衡换料阶段优势明显,组件制作和天然铀费用在整体费用中占比较大,是费用控制的重点,另外分离功价格变化对核燃料费用也有一定的影响。 One of the technical characteristics of Hua-long Pressurized Reactor is the use of 177-assembly core. The rational evaluation of fuel economy is of great significance to the research of the third generation nuclear power plant of independent innovation, not only for the clear direction of fuel cost control and optimization, as well as the improvement of the economy and competitiveness of HPR1000. According to the different fuel management programs, this paper calculates the cost difference in the first fuel cycle and refueling stage between HPR1000 and the second generation improved nuclear power plant as well as AP1000, makes a research on the fuel economy of HPR1000. The major factors affecting the cost of nuclear fuel are clear by the sensitivity analysis of fuel manufacturing processes. The analysis shows that the fuel management program of HPR1000 has obvious advantages in equilibrium refueling stage and the component production cost, natural uranium price are the focus of fuel cost control for its large proportion in the overall cost. Besides, separation work price also has a certain influence on the fuel cost.
