通心络对冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者心血管临床事件的影响

The effect of tongxinluo on cardiovascular events in coronary heart disease patients with coronary artery angiography

目的探究通心络治疗经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者的疗效。方法选取2015年4月至2017年3月该院收治的经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心痛患者84例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组给予常规治疗；观察组在常规治疗基础上加通心络治疗法。比较两组患者心血管临床事件发生率，选择最佳的治疗方案。结果观察组患者总有效率[92．9％（39／42）]明显高于对照组[76．2％（32／42）]，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4．459，P=0．03472）。结论在落实冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者疾病治疗时通心络治疗法能发挥出极佳的疗效，患者的心血管临床事件发生率明显降低，疾病治疗的效果更显著，因而值得在临床方面大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of tongxinluo therapy on the treatment of coronary artery angiography. Methods 84 cases of coronary artery imaging diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients treated in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 people in each group. Patients in control group were treated with regular treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with the tongxinluo therapy on the basis of the treatment of control group. Compare the incidence of cardioascular clinical events in the two groups and the best treatment options. Results Control group in the treatment of patients with effectiveness（76.2 %） was lower than that in group to observe the treatment of patients with effectiveness（92.9 %）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the implementation of coronary angiography diagnosis in patients with coronary heart disease treatment,tongxinluo treatment can play a good treatment effect,significantly lower the incidence of cardiovascular clinical events, disease treatment effect is more prominent, and therefore is worth promoting in clinical.6
