CT联合MRI用于子宫内膜癌分期诊断的价值与效果分析

目的分析磁共振成像（MRI）联合CT在子宫内膜癌分期诊断中的应用价值与效果。方法选取2014年7月1日至2017年6月30日该院经手术病理检查确诊并接受手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者50例作为研究对象。均接受CT和MRI检查，以手术病理活检作为“金标准”，对比CT、MRI单独与联合检查的诊断结果。结果CT联合MRI检查的准确率为92．00％，CT单独检查准确率为60．00％，MRI单独检查准确率为72．00％，CT联合MRI检查准确率明显高于CT和MRI单独检查准确率，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论联合CT与MRI分期诊断子宫内膜癌准确性较高。

Objective To analyze the value and effect of MRI combined with CT in staging of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Fifty patients with endometrial carcinoma who were diagnosed and treated surgically from July 1,2014 to June 30,2017 were selected as the subjects. All patients underwent CT examination and MRI examination. Surgical biopsy was used as the gold standard to compare CT and MRI with the results of combined examination. Results The accuracy rate of CT combined with MRI was 92. 00% ,the accuracy of CT was 60.00% ,the accuracy of MRI was 72.00% ,and the accuracy of joint examination was the highest （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The accuracy of combined CT and MRI staging of endometrial carcinoma is high.
