摘要
选用快固冷拌冷铺RPF树脂作为胶结料,设计了RPF树脂透水混合料,并通过室内试验研究了RPF树脂透水混合料的路用性能。试验结果显示,RPF树脂常温(20℃)黏度为5 539 nm Pa·s,能够实现常温拌和、压实,60℃动稳定度超30 000次/mm,高温性能极佳,低温弯曲应变达到3 800με,低温抗裂性能良好,残留稳定度和TSR都能达到75%以上,满足规范要求。综合来看,RPF树脂透水混合料能够作为透水沥青路面的快速修复和具备透水需求的重载交通路段材料。
The RPF resin as a repaired material binder,is able to cure rapidly, and be mixed and paved at normal temperature. This paper investigates the design of RPF resin permeable mixtures using laboratory tests. The test results shows that the viscosity at 20℃ was 5539 mPa. s, which means this binder can be mixed and compacted at room temperature. The dynamic stability of the RPF resin mixtures at 60℃ are higher than 30000 cycle/mm, which means great high-temperature performance. The low temperature bending strain reached over 3800με,which means the RPF mixtures have great anti-cracking performance at low temperature. The Remaining Marshall Stability and TSR are over 75%,which meet the standard requirements. In conclusion,the RPF resin permeable mixtures can be used as a rapidly-fixing material for the permeable asphalt pavement, and a pavement material for the heavy-duty permeable road.
