摘要
世界各国的道路工程建设已逐步由新建工程需求转向路面维修养护需求,在路面维修养护中可行性好、采用率高的一种处理措施是加铺罩面;加铺罩面时层间结合的优劣是影响沥青路面使用寿命和使用性能的重要因素之一。稀释沥青是一种较为常见的层间黏结材料,本研究通过5℃水浴条件下使用砖面黏结强度拉拔法在钢底面上进行拉拔试验,对稀释沥青材料进行黏结性能的评价,并分析了对黏结性能的相关影响因素,明确了其工程适用范围。
The road construction has been transferred from new construction projects into pavement maintenance projects. In pavement maintenance, the pavement overlay technic is frequently adopted, and the quality of interlayer bonding is one of the factors affecting the service life and performance of the asphalt pavement. The diluted bitumen is a typical material used in tack coating. For determining the key factor of the bonding effect and the suitable situation in application, this study proposes a test method using tile bond strength drawing in 5℃ water bath at the bottom surface of steel pull-out to evaluation the bonding character.
