再生骨料无砂透水混凝土性能试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 基于海绵城市和可持续发展理念,将再生粗骨料与透水混凝土相结合。研究了水灰比为0.3、0.35、0.4、0.45,孔隙率为15%、20%、25%、30%时再生骨料透水混凝土的强度和透水性能。因透水混凝土为满足透水性要求,结构为多孔结构,当孔隙率增大时,再生骨料透水混凝土透水率增大,强度降低,两者成反比。当水灰比的增大时,再生骨料透水混凝土的强度先增大后减小最后趋于平稳。试验结果表明:在水灰比0.35~0.4,孔隙率15%~20%,骨料粒径9.5~16.5 mm时,再生骨料透水混凝土的综合性能最优。 Based on the sponge city and the concept of sustainable development, the recycled coarse aggregate and permeable concrete are combined.The recycled coarse aggregate is combined with the pervious concrete.It studied the strength and water permeability of recycled aggregate concrete with water-binder ratio of 0.3,035,0.4,0.45 and 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% porosity.Pervious concrete porous structure to meet the requirements of water permeability.When the porosity increases, the permeability of recycled aggregate permeable concrete increases,the intensity decreases,both inversely.When the water-binder ratio increases,the strength of the recycled aggregate concrete first increases and then decreases and finally stabilizes.The results indicate that the comprehensive performance of the recycled aggregate concrete is best when the water-binder ratio is 0.35-0.4, the porosity is 15%-20%, and the aggregate diameter is 9.5- 16.5 mm.
