基于正交分析法的透水混凝土性能试验研究 被引量:15

摘要 采用正交法设计试验,选取目标孔隙率为20%,以水灰比、碎石骨料粒径、聚丙烯纤维掺量为因素设计不同因子水平的正交试验并采用极差法分析各因素对透水混凝土性能的影响规律,配合比计算方法主要参考《透水水泥混凝土路面技术规程》。结果表明:水灰比对实测孔隙率影响最大,骨料粒径对透水系数影响最大,纤维掺量对抗压强度影响最大;综合考虑透水系数和抗压强度,得到了透水混凝土性能最佳的正交组合,即水灰比为0.31、骨料粒径为10~15 mm、纤维掺量为0.4%。 Using orthogonal method for test design,the target porosity is selected as 20% ,and range of water cement ratio,gravel aggregate size,polypropylene fiber content were used as main factors to design orthogonal experiment with different factor levels and analysis of the influence of various factors on the performance of pervious concrete by direct analysis, the mixture ratio design method mainly refers to technical specification for cement concrete pavement.The results show that water cement ratio has the greatest influence on measured porosity,aggregate size has the greatest influence on permeability coefficient,fiber content has the greatest influence on compressive strength.Considering permeability coefficient and compressive strength, the best orthogonal combination of pervious concrete was obtained, as range of water cement ratio is 0.31. aggregate size is 10-15mm, fiber content is 0-4%.
