摘要
通过分析点胶机械结构的特点,设计了一种基于IPC和运动控制卡的硬件架构,开发出一款与点胶机配套的参数化编程系统。该系统不但实现了点胶机的三轴联动,而且把视觉技术引入到点胶机的点胶位置测量计算过程中,解决了以往传统点胶技术在开环控制精度较低、稳定性差的问题。
According to analyse the configuration of the dispensing machine, a hardware configuration is designed based on IPC and move control card, it develops the programming software by input some parameters. The CNC can control dispensing machine movement based on 3 axises, vision based method is used to identify the adhesive dots location, and the positioning system using machine-vision is developed to replace the manual input to carry out automatic measurement. It solves overcome the problems of low accuracy and poor stability with an open loop control.
