摘要
报告了一种高灵敏度、高精确度、简便、实用的测定血清(尿)钠无吸收火焰光度法。探讨了钠原子无吸收条件下的最大进样浓度和共存物质的干扰。本法进样的线性范围为0~0.3 mmol/L;标准曲线线性范围为0~0.3mmol/L乘以样品稀释倍数;回收率为100.2%;批内CV=1.02%;批间CV=1.37%;常规条件下CV=1.47%。
The paper reports an accurate, sensitive and simple method for determiningthe sodium in serum and urine ty the no absorbed flame photometry. Themaximal sampling concentration of the sodium atom under the condition ofno self-absorbed and the disturbance of coexistent materials were studied. Thelinearity range of this methdwas 0-0.3mmol/L. The linearity range ofstandard curve was to multiply 0-0.3mmol/L by time of dilution of samples.The recovery rate was x=100.2%. C. V. of Within-Batch was 1.02%; C.V.of Between-Batch was 1.37%; C. V. under routine condition was 1.47%.
