The reorganization of brain function after spinal cord injury( SCI) plays an important role in the recovery of sensory motor activity, but also leads to pathological damage. At present, the mechanism of this reorganization is unclear. As a non-invasive technique, resting state f MRI can visually display the activity of brain regions, and has become an important methods to evaluate the changes of brain function, and it provides an effective method for the study of the mechanism of brain network and functional connectivity after SCI. In this paper,we reviewed the research progresses on the changes in the functional connectivity( FC)and the possible mechanisms studied by resting state brain network after SCI.
