装配式建筑发展与应用研究

随着我国国民经济的发展,城镇化速度不断加快,为解决越来越多的城镇人口居住问题,保证经济社会的可持续发展,建筑业须转型升级。与发达国家及地区相比,我国建筑行业绝大多数采用现场浇筑制造,劳动生产效率较低,建设速度较慢,建设工期较长。通过对装配式建筑的发展现状及关键技术的研究,分析了现存的主要发展问题并提出相关措施及建议,最后阐述了装配式建筑未来发展的趋势及意义。

With the development of China＇s national economy, the speed of urbanization is accelerating.In order to solve the problem of living in urban and rural areas and ensure the sustainable development of economy and society, the construction industry needs to be upgraded and upgraded.
