装配式混凝土建筑设计阶段BIM技术的应用

BIM Technologu Application for Precast Concrete Aechitecture in Stage of Design

针对装配整体式混凝土建筑设计阶段BIM技术的应用问题,从设计单位、生产单位、施工单位以及建设单位4大工程建设主体单位的角度出发展开论述,提出了BIM技术在设计阶段的应用流程及核心应用点,然后通过具体装配式建筑项目展示了部分核心应用点的具体应用及其价值。希望为今后BIM技术在装配式建筑设计阶段中的标准化应用提供一些有益的思路。

To the problem of BIM technology application for the precast concrete architecture in the stage of design, this paper discuss it from the perspective of four main parts of project including of design, fabrication, construction and owner, the application process and core application points of BIM technology in the stage of design are put forward. Then, through a precst concrete project, some specific application and its corresponding value are demonstrated. Hope this paper can provide some useful ideas for the standardized application of BIM thechnology for the precast concrete architecture in the stage of design in future.
