7000系铝合金及其复合材料挤压铸造研究进展 被引量:9

Research Progress in Squeeze Casting 7000 Series Aluminum Alloys and Their Composites

摘要 7000系高强铝合金在航空航天领域已有广泛的应用,但是由于其铸造性能差,成形方法以轧制、挤压等塑性变形为主,产品主要为板材和型材,很难成形形状复杂的零件。挤压铸造和半固态挤压铸造为7000系铝合金铸造成形及其复合材料的制备提供了可行的途径,有望实现"以铸代锻",成为近年来高强铝合金成形技术发展的重要方向。介绍了7000系铝合金及其复合材料挤压铸造成形技术的研究进展,提出了目前存在的问题,并讨论了其发展方向。 7000 series high strength aluminum alloys have been widely used in aerospace field.However,due to its poor casting properties,the forming method is mainly adopted plastic deformation,such as rolling and extrusion.Forming products include mainly plates and profiles,while it is difficult to prepare parts with complex shapes.Liquid extrusion casting and semi-solid squeeze casting technology can provide a feasible approach for the casting and forming of 7000 series aluminum alloys and their composites.It is expected to achieve "casting instead of forging",becoming an important direction of the development of high strength aluminum alloy forming technology in recent years.The research progress in squeeze casting 7000 series aluminum alloys and their composites was described,and the current problems were presented.Then the development direction was pointed out.
