摘要
针对开普单缸发动机缸盖铸件的喷油孔和导管孔交汇处存在缩孔、缩松的问题,采用AnyCasting软件对盖缸的充型和凝固过程进行了仿真模拟,发现在既定工艺条件下,缸体的喷油孔和导管孔交汇处在凝固过程中存在热节,进而产生缩孔和缩松。为保留原工艺良好的技术经济指标,采用在热节处添加内冷铁的改进方案。结果表明,原缩孔产生部位在凝固过程中优先凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷。
The shrinkage hole was observed at the joint of nozzle and pipe hole of cylinder head of cape single cylinder engine.The simulation of filling and solidification process of the cylinder cover by AnyCasting was carried out,which indicated that there exsited a thermal center at the joint of nozzle and pipe hole of cylinder head in the solidification process after pouring,and then shrinkage and porosity occur.In order to keep the good technical and economic index of the original process,an improved scheme for adding internal chill at the hot spot was determined.The results show that the original shrinkage hole is solidified ahead of other parts of the cast,and shrinkage conditions are eliminated effectively.
