摘要
采用铜模吸铸法制备了直径为φ3mm的Cu_(36)Zr_(48)Al_8Ag_8非晶合金试样(BMGs),利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、透射电镜(TEM)、万能材料试验机、同步示差扫描量热仪(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段研究了预压缩处理时间对Zr-Cu基非晶合金塑性的影响。结果表明,所制备的合金均为非晶态;随着预压缩处理时间的延长,试样内部的自由体积含量及室温塑性提高,当处理时间为100min时,试样内部的自由体积含量及其室温塑性均达到最优值,继续延长预压缩处理时间,自由体积含量及室温塑性虽有增加,但增加幅度呈下降趋势。
Cu36Zr48Al8Ag8 amorphous alloy samples(BMGs)with diameter of 3 mm were prepared by copper mold suction casting method.Effects of pre-compression treatment time on plasticity of Zr-Cu based amorphous alloy were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),universal testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Experimental results show that the samples prepared exhibit amorphous alloys.With the increase of pre-compression processing time,the free volume content and the room temperature plasticity of the sample are improved,and the treatment time is 100 min,they exhibit the desirable value.Further to increase pre-compression processing time,free volume content and room temperature plasticity of the amorphous are increased with slow tendency.
