摘要
采用热喷涂技术,在AZ31B表面制备Al-80Mg_3Sb_2复相涂层。采用XRD、SEM、电化学工作站和电化学腐蚀磨损试验仪对涂层进行物相、微观组织、极化曲线和腐蚀磨损性能的测试。结果表明,涂层主要物相为Mg_3Sb_2和Al,组织均匀,自腐蚀电位为-0.98V,自腐蚀电流密度为0.048×10^(-3 )A/cm^2;磨损腐蚀时,AZ31B的开路电位始终为一条直线;而涂层开路电位则是加载后下降,卸载后上升;在往复磨损的一个周期内(约0.008s),AZ31B和涂层的开路电位都呈微"W"形;涂层的平均摩擦因数(0.10)小于AZ31B的(0.14)。
Al-80Mg3Sb2composite coating was prepared on the surface of magnesium alloy AZ31Bby thermal spraying.XRD,electro-chemical experiment and SEM,electrochemical corrosion tribometer were employed to analyze the phase composition,microstructure,polarization curves and corrosion resistance under abrasion condition of the coating.The results reveal that the main phases are composed of Al and Mg3Sb2with uniform distribution in the coating.The free corrosion potential of the coating is-0.98V,and the free corrosion current density reaches 0.048×10-3A/cm2.In tribocorrosion test,the open circuit potential of AZ31B keeps always constant,however,the open circuit potential of coating is decreased with loading then increased with unloading.The open circuit potential of AZ31B and coating presents micro"W"shape in a reciprocating wear period(about 0.008s).In addition,the average frictional coefficient of the AZ31B and coating reaches about 0.10and about 0.14,respectively.
