挡料板数量对大型搅拌槽内部流场的影响研究

Study on influence of number of baffle plate on flow field inside large stirring tank

摘要 用Fluent15.0软件对大型搅拌槽内部流场进行数值模拟,数学模型采用了Eulerian多相流模型和标准κ-ε湍流模型,模拟方法为多重参考系法。主要研究了挡料板数量对搅拌槽内部矿浆流场产生的影响,结果表明:当挡料板的数量为4块时,搅拌效果最佳。该结果可为大型搅拌槽的设计和优化提供参考。 Fluent15.0 software was used to numerically simulate the flow field inside a large stirring tank. Eulerian multiphase flow model and the standard turbulence model were applied to the mathematical model, and the multiple reference frame was taken as the simulation method. The influence of the number of the baffle plate on the flow field inside the stirring tank was mainly studied. Results showed there was the best stirring effects while the number of the baffle plate was four. The results offered reference for the design and the optimization of the large stirring tank.
