摘要
在研究多传动系统的运行特征的基础上,应用多传动和总线技术,对其动态参数,包括转速、电流、转矩、有功功率等特性曲线进行提取、分析和研究。将反映运行状态变化的速度和电流确定为敏感参数,通过研究所选参数在不同运行阶段下的特征曲线,选取反映驱动正常、故障运行等敏感参数的特性变化,进而结合多传动系统工艺流程,对传动的运行状态进行模式识别,制定出故障诊断规则,实现多传动系统故障的实时监测和故障诊断。
After studying the operating characteristics of the multi-drive system, the paper applied multidrive and bus technology to abstract, analyze and study the characteristic curves of dynamic parameters such as speed, current, torque and active power. And then, the speed and the current reflecting the variation of operation status were taken as sensitive parameters, after the characteristic curves of the selected parameters in various operation stage being studied, the characteristic variation of the sensitive parameters reflecting normal drive and faulty operation were identified. Furthermore, in combination with the operation process of the multi-drive system, the mode of drive status was recognized, thus the fault diagnosis laws were worked out, so as to realize real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of the multi-drive system.
