摘要
加温是一种对放疗中射线抵抗性细胞增敏的有效方法。加温是否对机体有损伤目前很少有人探讨。本文利用微波辐射、恒温水浴为热源对小白鼠加温,观察细胞染色体的改变,判定热疗过程对机体的损伤。
Hyperthermia is a method of sesitizing radiation in cancer radiotherapy.The result of the experiment showed the number of the chromosome of micechanged obviously under hyperthermia, and with increase of the time, thenumber of abnormal chromosome changed more obvicusly. Microwave the mademice chromosome abnormal also.
