摘要
实验通过自制的Fe_3O_4磁性材料来合成Fe_3O_4@MOF-5复合材料,对其表征进行分析,并以Fe_3O_4@MOF-5复合材料作为吸附剂来吸附刚果红。通过探究刚果红的初始浓度、材料加入量、振荡时间等单因素对吸附效果的影响,并选择不同的洗脱液进行对比,选择出最佳的洗脱液确定实验的吸附、洗脱优化条件。实验结果表明:当溶液的pH值等于8,刚果红的初始浓度为8 mg/L、Fe_3O_4@MOF-5复合材料的加入量为2 mg,实验的振荡时间选择为120 min时则Fe_3O_4@MOF-5复合材料对刚果红的吸附量可达到521.89 mg/g;当时间为120 min时实验最佳;说明Fe_3O_4@MOF-5复合材料对于刚果红是良好的吸附剂。
Fe3O4@MOF-5 composite material was prepared with self-made Fe3O4 magnetic material, and it was characterized. And Fe3O4@MOF-5 composite material was used as adsorbent for the adsorption of Congo red. The impact of pH, the initial concentration, amount of material, shaking time on the adsorption effect was investigated by single factor experiment, and different kinds of eluate was compared to select the best eluate,and optimized adsorption and elution conditions were determined. The results indicated that, when the PH value was 8,the initial Congo red concentration was 8 mg/L, Fe3O4@MOF-5 material dosage was 2 mg and shaking time was 120 min, adsorption capacity of Fe3O4@MOF-5 composite material for Congo red reached 521.89 mg/g.The result demonstrated that Fe3O4@MOF-5 composite material is good adsorbent for the adsorption of Congo red.
