钛白粉对未硫化生物基杜仲胶性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 依据杜仲胶橡塑二重性和结晶程度,通过改变钛白粉含量,实现不同的钛白粉份数下的生物基杜仲胶材料的制备,并进行相应的力学性能测试、密度测试、DSC测试、RPA测试等。结果表明,随着钛白粉用量的增加,100%定伸应力逐渐减小,且减小的趋势越来越缓慢;钛白粉的增加能提高杜仲胶的结晶度,并且杜仲胶的分子仍会表现出良好的有序性。改性之后的杜仲胶的网状结构更加稳定。 Based on duality of plastic and rubbery and by means of changing the content of titanium dioxide, eucommia ulmodies gum with different titanium dioxide content was prepared. A series of corresponding mechanical property test, density test, DSC test and RPA test were carried out. The results showed that, with the increase of titanium dioxide content, the modulus at 100% decreased, and the trend of decreasing was slower and slower. What's more, the increase of titanium dioxide content improved the crystallinity of eucommia ulmoides gum, and the molecule of eucommia ulmoides gum still showed good orderliness. After the modification, the network structure of eucommia ulmoides gum was more stable.
