玉米秸秆炭对于养猪废水中氨氮和磷的吸附性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 玉米秸秆是目前农业上主要的废弃物之一,每年有大量的废弃秸秆没有得到利用。本研究以玉米秸秆为研究对象,探究了炭化后的玉米秸秆对于氨氮及磷的吸附情况。通过正交实验选择出16组具有代表性的组合条件进行玉米秸秆的炭化,采用恒温震荡吸附试验方法,在相同的条件用不同的炭化条件下的玉米秸秆对于模拟好的养猪废水进行吸附实验。实验表明,在炭化条件是1.5 h,500℃,5 cm的条件下对于氨氮以及磷的吸附效果最好;在相同的吸附条件下不同制备条件下的炭化玉米秸秆的吸附性能不同,在炭化温度为500℃时对于氨氮以及磷的吸附达到了最佳值;秸秆炭的投加比例在1∶100的时候对于废水中的氨氮以及磷的吸附率最高。 Corn stalk is one of the main wastes in agriculture at present, a large amount of discarded straw is not utilized every year. In this study, corn stalk was taken as the object of study, adsorption of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus on corn stalk after carbonization was investigated. Through orthogonal experiment, 16 groups of representative combination conditions were chosen for carbonization of corn stalk. Based on the method of constant temperature shock absorption test, the corn straw treated different carbonization conditions was used to adsorb ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus from simulated swine wastewater under the same adsorption conditions. The experiment results show that the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus is the best with corn stalk treated under the carbonization condition of 1.5 h, 500 ℃ and 5 cm;Under the same adsorption conditions, the adsorption properties of corn straw carbonized under different conditions are different; When the carbonization temperature is 500 degrees, the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus reaches the optimum value; When the proportion of straw carbon is 1:100, the adsorption rate of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater is the highest.
